This Walmart error refers to SKUs in a product group. The "variant data" refers to your pivot attributes in Zentail. By what attribute(s) do these products vary? Is it by color? By size? Is that information correctly filled out in Zentail?

If you're getting this error, you may want to check how your product group is set up. Do you have a pivot attribute selected?
If you are sending these SKUs to Walmart for the first time, it may take a few hours for Walmart to process the data for all of the SKUs.

To verify your pivot attributes (variant data)

Click on the 3-vertical dots within a SKU and select "Edit Product Group":
