How do I submit a case to Walmart via Seller Center?

Here are common reasons for submitting cases to Walmart via Seller Center:

To submit a case:
  1. Log into your Walmart Seller Center
  2. Click the ? icon => Click Partner Support

  3. You will be re-directed to Walmart's case management portal => Click Create New Case
  4. Enter a Subject, select the Issue Category, enter a detailed Description of the issue and select the Case Priority.
