This means Amazon's servers were down when we initially tried to send a fulfillment order to FBA for multichannel fulfillment. Zentail will continue to send the fulfillment order until we receive acknowledgement.

If you receive this error message as an alert (the order is in your 'Needs Attention' section in Zentail), please check to see if the status is 'Accepted'. If so, you can resolve the error and expect the order to be fulfilled.
