Why is my course dashboard blank?

If you have logged into your Psychwire account and there are no courses displayed within your Dashboard, please check the following: 

Are you using the same email address that you registered for the course with?
Your course access is linked to your email address which was used to purchase the course. If you have logged into your Psychwire account using a different email address, please log out and log in again with the same email address used when registering. 
 
If you are unsure of the email address linked to your Psychwire account, please contact our customer support team. We will ask you to provide either your order reference number or invoice number. Our customer support can be reached by clicking the chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the website or via email at support@psychwire.com we are here to assist you.

Has your course access ended?
 Our courses are designed to allow you time to move through the learning content and extra time is allocated for review.  You can also use this time to dig deeper areas of interest. There is a countdown clock conveniently placed within your course dashboard to keep you up to date with exactly how much time course access is available, and we will email you one week prior to course access closing.  Once your course access has finished, you will no longer be able to access the course content.
